Cairns Property Collective was established in 2023 by Ben Lee Long. We are dedicated property managers who will ensure the maximum rental returns and high quality management of your valuable investments.

The Cairns Property Collective team manages a varied property investment portfolio in the Cairns region, from apartments to large luxury homes. Led by Ben Lee Long, a fifth generation Cairns local, Cairns Property Collective was established in 2023. After running a successful property management company for the past 10 years, Ben realised a need for good old fashioned service and communication—a proactive approach to property management.

We value transparency, communication and results, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords and tenants alike in the greater Cairns region—including Edge Hill, Edmonton and Smithfield, and everywhere in between.
